Will I receive the same product that I see in the photo?
Yes, although all our products are made by hand using an artisanal process, so there could be a minimal difference in the finish.
Can I remove an item from my order?
Yes. From your shopping bag you can delete the items you do not want as long as you have not yet processed the order.
What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?
If on any occasion, by mistake, you receive an item that you have not ordered, contact us by email at email@example.com and we will exchange it for the correct one.
What payment methods can I find at CARIBÚ?
You can pay for the product by credit or debit card (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Amazon pay. You can also finance your purchase through Shop Pay from Shopify Payments.
Can I finance my purchase? (payment in installments)
Yes, through ShopPay's installment payment service, you can spread the cost over easy, interest-free installments.
Is it safe to use my credit card on the Caribú website?
Yes, 100%. We work with the best payment gateway providers so that your security is maximum.
The data is transmitted in SSL encrypted form. For payment with Visa and Mastercard, only CES (Secure Electronic Commerce) transactions will be accepted. After verifying that the card is attached to the CES system, the system will contact the bank that issued it so that the buyer can authorize the purchase. When the bank confirms the authenticity, the card will be charged. Otherwise the order will be cancelled. Providers PayPal and Apple Pay also offer a secure encrypted service.
Where I can get my order?
You can receive it wherever you want, both at your home and in your office.
Always check that you provide us with the correct address. If you do not complete the information correctly, CARIBÚ will not be responsible for the extra shipping cost.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
The times are always approximate but the usual thing is that:
Orders to Spain (except the Balearic Islands and Canary Islands) and Portugal arrive in 24-72 hours.
Shipments to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands and the rest of Europe arrive within 5-6 business days.

How much do I have to pay for shipping costs?
Shipping to Spain is free.
International shipping does have a cost and can be seen in the shipping calculator during the purchasing process.
All shipments to countries outside the European Union may be subject to payment of any type of customs charges, taxes, duties, etc., the charge of which is not included in the shipping rates. These expenses are assumed in each case by the buyer.
Can I return an item?
Of course, if you are not satisfied with the purchase you can return the product. You just have to write an email to firstname.lastname@example.org requesting its return.
What is the deadline to make a return?
The period is 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.
Do I have to pay anything for my return?
Yes, return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Depending on the country where it is sent from, costs may vary.
How will I receive my refund?
Once the return is approved, and after verifying that the product is in perfect condition, you will receive the amount by the same method used in the purchase.

After approving the return, you will receive an email informing you about it and in a few days, depending on your bank, you will have the money back (normally between 24-48 hours after the return is approved).
