In mainland Spain, shipments can reach their destination within a period of up to 72 business hours, although they usually take less than 48 hours. In the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, up to 6 business days.

In Europe, the shipping time is up to 6 business days.

For the rest of the world, the deadline is up to 10 business days. Payment of customs corresponding to each country will be the responsibility of the client.

The time indicated in the reservations can be altered by agents external to Caribou, although this does not normally happen.

In case of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received, including shipping costs (Spain only). We will proceed to make said refund using the same payment method that you used for the purchase, as soon as we receive the return of the products. The cost of return (shipping) is the responsibility of the customer.

The right of withdrawal will not apply to personalized and sealed products that are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery.

The process to follow is the following:

1. Request a return or exchange by email to info@caribustudio.com or by phone at 649-649-393 within a period of no more than 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product. To help us continue improving, we appreciate you letting us know the reason for the return. If you request a size change, you must tell us the correct one.
2. The items will be shipped in their original condition, along with any accessories related to them. The returned items will be reviewed by us to be able to assess their good condition. In the event that said evaluation determines that the items are not in their original condition, the return will not be accepted.
